Job summary

Dal-Tile in Dallas is seeking a Sr Customer Experience Coordinator to handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and resolve issues across multiple channels. This entry-level role focuses on learning the department while contributing to customer satisfaction and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks and administration related to customer experiences such as customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by department.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
