Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks and administration related to customer experience, including calls, orders, delivery status, claims, and POs.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May assist with warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
