Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an entry‑level Sr Customer Experience Coordinator to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

You will work in an in‑office setting, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sponsorship or relocation assistance are not offered. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks and administration as it relates to customer experiences such as customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities defined by department.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
