Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, seeks a Sr Customer Experience Coordinator to coordinate customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support initiatives that boost satisfaction.

This entry-level role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience; work is in-office, M-F 8am-5pm in Dallas, with relocation not provided and sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks and administration related to customer experiences such as customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by department.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
