Safelite’s Customer Advocate in Redmond, OR is the first impression for customers, handling in-person greeting, inbound calls and emails while managing administrative processes like scheduling, work orders and invoicing. You will welcome in-shop customers, resolve concerns, verify insurance, and manage dealer parts and national center orders, with up to 10% travel and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years telephone operations or business administration experience.
• World class customer service in a fast-paced operation.
• Professional appearance and PPE when required.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Manage calls, emails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and dispatch.
• Confirm work order details including insurance verification.
• Process invoices, work orders, and credit memos.
• Review orders from the national center and manage dealer parts orders.
• All other duties as assigned.
