Safelite AutoGlass in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Customer Advocate to greet customers, manage administrative tasks, scheduling, work orders, and invoicing, and to handle inbound calls and emails to deliver a memorable first impression.

You will resolve concerns, verify information, manage insurance verification, and support dealer accounts while maintaining a professional appearance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years telephone operations or business administration experience.
• Ability to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced operation.
• Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions.
• Manage calls, e-mails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale and same-day reschedules/cancellations.
• Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification.
• Process buyouts, invoices, work orders, deletions, and credit memos/rebills.
• Review dealer part orders and special accounts.
• All other duties as assigned.
