Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Murfreesboro - North Service Center is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance with repairs. You will support collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles, while coordinating transportation and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Able to perform physical activity and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and communicate with teammates, vendors and clients.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries as needed while ensuring accurate communication.
