Serenity Healthcare is hiring Customer Experience Coaches to guide individuals through a structured program to build positive habits, stay motivated, and achieve personal goals. This is a full-time role with full paid training provided.

You will work directly with participants, helping them stay engaged and supported while following a structured program, journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic listening abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions
• Operate and monitor program tools and technology (training provided)
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team
• Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectful
• Follow established processes to maintain a consistent participant experience
