Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders, merchandising, processing new products, or supervising the selling floor to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide fast feedback to improve the customer experience and processes.
• Promote our Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store experience.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and settle registers.
