Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Lead colleagues to complete tasks and meet store goals.
• Provide fast, friendly feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues with problem-solving and courtesy.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance shopping experience.
• Support opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
