Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders, merchandising, processing new products, or supervising the selling floor.
• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of tasks.
• Role model for customer experience and provide fast feedback.
• Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store experience.
• Plan and monitor total store activities with People Leaders.
• Provide feedback to People Leaders to improve processes.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures and settle registers.
• Lead adherence to merchandise standards.
• Educate colleagues on POS technology and RF equipment.
• Foster an accepting, respectful environment.
