Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, building lasting consumer and business relationships. You will identify customer goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, handle transactions accurately, and balance daily while delivering exemplary service in a welcoming, inclusive branch environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year customer service or military admin experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: 1+ year in banking or goal-driven retail sales; cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology and online/mobile banking services.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
