Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
