Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, building and retaining consumer and business relationships through deposit products and related services. You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service.

The role emphasizes proactive identification of financial goals, outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military administration experience acceptable or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and refer customers to bank services.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Follow all policies and procedures and maintain security and risk controls.
• Demonstrate strong sales, service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
