Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping clients identify goals and match deposits and services. You will process transactions accurately and balance daily while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Ability to educate customers on deposit products and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
