Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Processing customer transactions accurately and balancing daily activities.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
