Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge, helping customers reach their financial goals.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships, educate customers on deposit products, and promote suitable banking solutions while processing transactions accurately and balancing daily activity.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or higher.
• Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
