Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to join our Carlisle, AR branch. You will be a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit products and services.

Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, balancing daily activities, and delivering exemplary service while following policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
• Comfort with technology and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through sales activities and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and communication skills.
