Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while upholding bank policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience or military service in an admin-like role.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with consumer deposit products and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship-management skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
