Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, recommending deposits and other products, and processing transactions accurately while delivering exemplary service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Pursue opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
