Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military service in admin/related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain risk/security standards.
