Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping clients achieve financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposits and other banking products. You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service or related experience.
• Experience in banking is a plus.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
