Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Retail banking or call center experience is a plus.
• Comfort with technology and basic banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-branch customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales approach and referrals.
