Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to assist walk-in customers with deposits, accounts, and service inquiries, acting as a financial concierge to help customers reach their goals.

You will identify opportunities to grow relationships, educate customers on banking products, balance daily transactions, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, banking or retail sales is preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
