Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers, deliver exceptional service, and retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending suitable deposits and banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and collaborate with teammates while following security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in admin/contracting roles, or a Bachelor's degree.
Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
Cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
