Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will provide accurate transactions, deliver exemplary service, and help customers set and reach financial goals.

You will educate customers on deposit products, cultivate relationships via a disciplined sales process, and coordinate with partners while following bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year customer service or related role or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile/online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
