Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
