Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, and processing transactions accurately.

You will balance daily activity and deliver exemplary service, while educating customers on available digital tools and cross-selling relevant services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year customer service or military admin experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
