Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Provide knowledge of products and handle customer questions.
• Verify the identity of pickup customers for authorization.
• Collect required customer information for storage buy pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Stock and clean products according to brand standards.
• Uphold Floor & Decor core responsibilities.
