Ashley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the front-line ambassador, delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations. You will handle customer interactions across in-person, phone, and email channels and assist with sales orders and account maintenance.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and basic system transactions.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening/closing.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and professionally in-person, by phone, and via email.
• Sales Order Support: Assist with processing sales orders accurately and obtain proper approvals.
• Customer Account Management: Process credit applications and maintain customer data in retail systems.
• Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Handle cash and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and resolve issues, escalating to management as needed.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support audits and inventory processes with accurate documentation.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records and prepare routine reports per company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Technology & Systems: Use POS, retail software, and MS Office to perform duties.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
