Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Customer Advocate in Woodbridge, VA to welcome customers in-shop, handle inquiries, and ensure seamless service interactions. You will manage calls, emails, and orders, while maintaining accurate records and supporting a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years in telephone operations or business administration. Travel up to 10% may be required, and the role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years telephone operations or business administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale and same-day reschedules/cancellations.
• Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts and missing information.
• Process invoices, buyouts, credit memos and rebills; manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
