Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Customer Advocate to be the first impression for our customers. You’ll greet in-shop customers, manage administrative processes, scheduling, work orders and invoicing, and respond to inbound calls and emails to deliver a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Provide world class customer service in a changing, fast-paced operation.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes for service issues and pricing.
• Verify work order information including insurance verification and parts needs.
• Process buyouts, invoices, work orders, and credit memos/rebills.
• Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer parts.
• All other duties as assigned.
