Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training will be provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and distance and suggest alternative routes when appropriate.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and probing questions to determine needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database, including call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy.
