Customer-Driven Project Lead for Infrastructure

Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Project Lead in Auburn, WA to champion the customer experience from sale to on-site delivery. You’ll coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure 100% order success and satisfaction.

You will oversee multiple sales orders, liaise with customers and vendors, monitor costs, and ensure timely completion while balancing client and plant interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• 2+ years of knowledge using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and ensure complete information at the point of sale.
• Be the primary contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting teams.
• Prepare change order proposals in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress from sale to delivery and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
