Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Chowchilla, CA seeks a Project Lead to be the voice of the customer from sale to on-site delivery, coordinating with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.

You will manage multiple sales orders, lead kickoff meetings, review estimates, align schedules with production, and keep customers informed from start to finish, while guiding the project team across engineering, procurement, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is being the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities.
• Responsible for managing multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Lead kickoff meetings and ensure scope, estimates, and paperwork are complete.
• Be the point of contact for the customer from sale to on-site delivery.
• Provide direction to the project team across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid schedule delays.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
