Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Auburn, WA is seeking a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer from sale to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders and manage submittals, approvals, and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years PM experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• 2+ years MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to meet schedule and budgets.
• Attend job meetings and manage submittals and approvals.
• Monitor progress from sale to on-site delivery; report status and resolve issues.
• Schedule with production to align with customer ship date in AX.
• Identify required changes and prepare change order proposals.
• Strive for continuous improvement of processes and systems.
