Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Auburn, WA, seeks a Project Lead to drive the customer experience from sale to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, transportation, and procurement to keep projects on schedule and within contract terms.

The role emphasizes customer communication, problem solving, and collaboration with site teams to meet the requested ship date and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously
• 2+ years of knowledge using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is being the voice of the customer in OI facilities
• Responsible for managing multiple sales orders concurrently
• Coordinate turnover kickoff meeting at point of sale to ensure complete information and paperwork
• Be the point of contact for the customer from sales order to on-site delivery
• Provide direction and oversight to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting
• Prepare change order proposals in a timely manner
• Monitor progress from sales to completion and resolve issues to avoid delays
• Coordinate site visits with customers to resolve issues from sale to completion
