Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Project Leader to be the voice of the customer from sale through on-site delivery at the Stockton plant, CA. The role drives customer communication, order coordination, and schedule adherence while collaborating with engineering, production, and transportation teams.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, tracking costs, preparing change orders, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction across sales orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to review production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities and manage multiple sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and on-site delivery.
• Serve as main customer and vendor contact for assigned orders.
• Attend job meetings and monitor project costs and contract compliance.
• Prepare change orders and drive proactive problem solving to keep on schedule.
