Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Project Lead to serve as the customer’s voice from sale through on-site delivery at our Idaho Falls plant. You will oversee scheduling, submittals, and coordination with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure on-time project completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance customer needs with contract requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering background preferred.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; experience in construction or precast industries is a plus.

Mansioni

• Be the primary point of contact representing the customer in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead turnover meetings and ensure scope, paperwork, and schedules align with customer ship dates.
• Provide guidance to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
