Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Stone Mountain, GA, seeks a Project Lead to be the customer advocate from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure a seamless handoff and 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.

The role requires 3+ years of project management, strong organizational and communications skills, and the ability to review production schematics and drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Be the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities and manage multiple sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to align with customer ship dates.
• Provide direction to project team: engineering, production planning, transportation and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals and monitor progress from sale to completion.
• Communicate with customer to keep them updated from production schedule to on-site delivery.
