Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Idaho Falls seeks a Project Lead to represent the customer from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, and schedule with production to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders.

You will be the primary contact for customers and vendors, monitor costs, manage change orders, and drive timely completion while coordinating with transportation and accounting to meet the Customer Ship Date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in construction or precast concrete industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer in OI facilities and manage multiple sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, and schedule with production.
• Maintain customer contact from sale to on-site delivery and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Prepare change order proposals and monitor project progress to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with transportation, procurement and accounting to meet goals.
