Job summary

CRH’s Oldcastle Infrastructure unit in Idaho Falls seeks a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer in the facilities, coordinating with engineering, scheduling production and on-site delivery to ensure 100% satisfaction on all sales orders. The PL manages multiple orders, serves as primary contact for customers and vendors, and drives cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years project management experience, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on sales orders.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with engineering, production, and delivery teams.
• Lead turnover meetings, review estimates, confirm values, and schedule with production to meet the customer ship date.
• Serve as the main contact for customers and vendors, maintaining updates from production to on-site delivery.
• Provide direction to project teams including engineering, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
