Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Stockton, CA seeks a Project Leader to act as the voice of the customer from sale to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production, and ensure customer satisfaction on all orders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years PM experience, and strong MS Office skills. A construction/precast background is preferred; compensation includes bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently from award to on-site delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, and schedule with production.
• Serve as main contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders.
• Monitor project costs and compliance with contract documents.
• Attend job meetings and drive continuous improvement of processes.
