Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, data entry, and order changes, including clarifying PO details.
• Enter quotes and send to customers via fax/email; generate sample requests.
• Create and update job lists, contacts and client information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
