Inteplast Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, route requests, and assist with order processing across product lines.

The role requires solid communication skills, experience in a manufacturing setting, and proficiency with SAP/AS400, Microsoft Office, and Teams. Hybrid work options may apply, with occasional non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–3 years call center experience or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and AS400 preferred; daily use required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and manage job-related stress.

Responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes customer requests by phone or email, routes to proper person.
• Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and fixes errors.
• Supports Sales Region and provides samples for sales reps.
• Maintains liaison with other departments to complete orders.
• Enters sales orders, collects missing data, provides quotes, and tracks status.
• Knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery times, and drop-ship items.
• Contacts customers about order status and schedule changes.
• Builds sustainable relationships with assigned customers and suggests process improvements.
