Job summary

Pentair plc in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, distributors, and partners. You will support order processing, provide product availability and pricing information, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a strong phone presence, excellent communication, and accuracy, with on-site work in a first-shift schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or call center.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/order management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders, including changes, cancellations, credits, and returns.
• Maintain high order-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle high volume calls and emails professionally.
• Provide accurate info on product availability, pricing, lead times, shipment status, and orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warranty, Technical Service, and Logistics to resolve inquiries.
• Document interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
