Responsibilities

• Taking and initiating all direct customer calls regarding order status, clarification, ship dates, shipping information, proofs of delivery, tracers, expediting, partial shipments, and backorders.
• Manage orders generated by sales through the full order process, including data entry and changes; clarify Purchase Orders.
• Enter quotes and fax/email to customers.
• Generate sample requests for customers and reps.
• Create, submit, and update job lists, contacts and client information.
