Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Citizens Teller in West Palm Beach to greet customers, demonstrate mobile app and ATMs, and complete simple transactions. You will create memorable experiences by offering personalized advice and connecting customers with bankers for next steps.

You'll educate customers on Citizens products, follow all cash handling policies and local laws, and contribute to a positive branch experience while building long-term relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
