Citizens is seeking a Teller in Providence, RI. You will greet customers, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and guide them through simple transactions with a focus on personalized financial solutions.

You will educate customers on Citizens products, adhere to all policies, and collaborate with the branch team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining cash handling accuracy and compliance. The role includes weekend/evening shifts and competitive benefits.

Formación

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link.
