Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1 year customer experience with product/service recommendations.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Comfort with digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate app/ATM usage to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve financial goals.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and connect them to Bankers as needed.
